Boxtails Spirits

Vodka

Our Vodka is made from the finest ingredients with soft winter wheat from the Cognac region and distilled 7 times to achieve a clear, fresh and elegantly aromatic smooth taste which makes it a great companion for our cocktails.

Rum

Our Rum is made from Barbados sugar cane. It’s a blend of pot and column distillation and aged in American oak ex-whiskey casks to achieve a bold and aromatic medium body with a finish of caramel, vanilla banana and spice.

Gin

Our Gin is made in the Hereford countryside from locally sourced and foraged Thyme, Douglas Fir and lemon balm. Big Botanical notes are rounded by chamomile & angelica. Late additions of Fresh Orange & lemon lift this Gin to a beautiful refreshing finish. This balance of flavours create a great mixing companion for our cocktails.

Tequila

We use El Sueño Tequila which was born from the experience of 5 generations of Agave growers and Tequila makers. It has been made with only the finest mature Weber Blue Agave, quality natural ingredients and perfected using traditional batch production methods.
